- 1–2 fresh jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and garlic powder to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
- Add the olive oil, jalapenos, and vegan cheese. Mix until incorporated.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.

- Adjust the number of jalapenos based on your spice preference.
- For a crispier crust, brush the dough with olive oil before baking.
