- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (optional for spice)
- 1 sheet nori, torn into small pieces
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce. Mix well.
- Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the crab mixture over the rice and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
- Garnish with sliced avocado, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the crab meat with shrimp or even tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Adjust the amount of sriracha sauce to your preferred spice level.
