- Fresh spinach – 4 cups

Instructions
- Prepare the spinach: Wash and chop spinach. Set aside.
- Make the cheese sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour, and gradually whisk in milk until thickened. Add cheese and seasonings.
- Mix ingredients: Combine spinach, cheese sauce, and breadcrumbs in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Bake the dish: Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve and enjoy: Let cool slightly before serving.
