- Fresh Parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Sea Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon, freshly cracked
- Paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to heat while you prepare the fish.
- Prepare the Fish – Rinse the Corbina fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season the Fillets – Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sauté the Garlic – Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Cook the Corbina – Place the fillets in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add Lemon and Herbs – Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and garnish with parsley.
- Finish in the Oven – Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the fish is flaky.
- Serve and Enjoy – Plate the fish, serve with a slice of lemon, and enjoy with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
- If you prefer grilling, you can easily cook the fillets on the grill instead of in the oven.
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs for extra flavor, such as thyme or dill.
