Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, butter, buttermilk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 18–22 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- For enhanced flavor, toast the walnuts before mixing.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
